1. The service

• WeNeedProxies provides access to IP addresses (proxies) from countries chosen by the customer, in cycles of 29 days, paid from a prepaid balance.
• The service is delivered through the customer's own login and password, over HTTP or SOCKS5.

2. Balance and payment

• The price per proxy per cycle is R$ 15,00 (Brazilian reais), deducted from the balance at purchase and at each renewal.
• Balance is credited via Pix or crypto (USDT). Crypto payments are converted to Brazilian reais at the exchange rate of the day they arrive; amounts under or over are credited as received.
• Unused balance may be refunded on request, only to the payer and through the same account or source address, minus payment fees.
• A Pix reversed by the bank after being credited leaves the balance negative and the account locked until covered.

3. Renewal, suspension and expiry

• With renewal on, each proxy renews by itself on its due date if there is balance.
• Without balance on that day, the proxy is suspended for 3 days and reactivated as soon as balance arrives. After that it expires and the IP is released.
• Renewal can be turned off per proxy at any time.

4. IP change

• The customer may request 1 IP change per cycle. The system tests the IP before switching.
• Changes are not guaranteed at purchase: they depend on another IP from the same country being available and on the test result. Requests beyond the limit are reviewed by a person.
• Blocks or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms are not a defect of the service.

5. Permitted use

• The service is intended for managing ad accounts and browser profiles. Using it for fraud, intrusion, spam, distribution of illegal content or any unlawful activity is forbidden.
• The account may be closed for violating these terms, without refund of used balance.

6. Team and access

• The account holder may invite managers and finance, and is responsible for what they do.
• Integration tokens (multilogin) are stored encrypted and used for reading only; they can be revoked at any time.

7. Changes

• These terms may change. The current version lives on this page and its date is shown at the top.
